FITBRUSH Pros

A community of dentists and hygienists who would rather fit a toothbrush than recommend one — measuring chairside, printing the fit, and sending the patient home with a brush that is actually their size.

Uniting the community

Dental professionals have always known that one brush does not fit every mouth. FITBRUSH Pros gives that judgement a product range to point at: 13 specs mapped to an 8-group patient table, a measurement that takes a minute, and a printed sheet the patient can actually take home.

Partner clinics and retail partners run on identical terms — the rate never depends on which kind of channel you are.

Our products are amazing

Built with the people who use them all day. Head rows × filament diameter × bristle length give 12 specs, plus a V-cut for braces — 13 in all — and the engine follows the 8-group patient table to land on exactly one.

  • Filament — Soft 0.15 as the default; Ultra Soft 0.10 for periodontal (PERIO), recession & heavy pressure (PROTECT), implants & prostheses (PROS) and wear & hypersensitivity (WEAR).
  • Bristle length — 10 mm general purpose, 14 mm flexible for pressure distribution (PROTECT, and WEAR without PROTECT).
  • Head rows — 4-row for PERIO, PROTECT, PROS, ORTHO and Compact Access; 5-row general purpose; 6-row when CLEAN (staining / clean feel) stands alone. Brackets get the 4-row V-cut.

A 2–3 month replacement cycle across every spec. Tapered tips and a crossed tuft arrangement are the recommended design, coming soon. Regular bristles and 8 mm have been dropped from the range.

How a fitted brush is born

Six steps from the QR code on your counter to the patient walking out with the right brush.

1
Step 1

QR intake

The patient scans your clinic’s QR code in the waiting room and gives consent on their own phone. No app, no account, nothing typed at your front desk.

2
Step 2

18-question quiz

An illustrated questionnaire covering sensitivity, bleeding, staining, appliances, grip and brushing pressure — finished before they are called in.

3
Step 3

Chairside measurement

The hygienist records mouth width and the clinical observations the quiz cannot see: plaque level, gingival condition, observed brushing pressure, bristle splay.

4
Step 4

Patient-group matrix

Quiz plus observation resolve to a patient group, and the 8-group table lands on exactly one of 13 specs — filament, bristle length, head rows.

5
Step 5

Printed fit sheet

A one-page sheet prints at the desk: type code, the brush and paste chosen, the reasons behind each choice, and the replacement date.

6
Step 6

15% patient discount

Checkout applies 15% off list automatically, the order is attributed to your clinic and to the staff member who handled it, and settlement is calculated on the spot.

And now, a word from our Pros

What dental professionals say about fitting instead of recommending.

E. Moon
RDH · FITBRUSH Pro

“I have spent years telling patients ‘get a soft brush’ and watching them buy whatever was on sale. Handing them a printed sheet with a size on it changed the conversation completely.”

D. Yoon
DDS · Partner clinic

“The measurement adds a minute to the appointment and the settlement is the same rate every month, so there is nothing to negotiate. That simplicity is why we signed.”

M. Fields
RDH · FITBRUSH Pro

“Being asked what my patients actually need — and then seeing it turn up in the product range — is not something I have experienced anywhere else in this industry.”

Earn

One rate, one rulebook. Clinics and retail partners are settled identically, and the staff member who did the fitting earns on top of it.

  • Patient pays 15% below list, applied automatically at chairside checkout.
  • Channel settlement is 15% of net — net being what the patient actually paid, not list price.
  • Hygienist incentive by monthly handled sales: 3% under ₩500,000 · 5% to ₩1.5M · 7% to ₩3M · 10% above ₩3M.
15%Patient discount off list price
15%Channel settlement on net — clinics and retail alike
3–10%Monthly hygienist incentive, reset each month

Shipping is excluded from both settlement and incentive. Tier brackets reset on the first of every month — a 10% month does not carry over.
